The Best Glaze for Your Vegetables

Ever open the refrigerator to find a leek, a few carrots, a zucchini and maybe some other vegetables that you don’t know what to do with? If you have a wok or a deep frying pan on hand, good quality extra virgin olive oil (essential in any home), and some delicious spices to add flavor, you can put together a great meal in no time. 

Just drizzle the vegetables with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar (whisked to create an emulsion) and bake until the sauce is caramelized.
