Lemon Pasta
Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 24 ounces spaghetti 1 large lemon A splash of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil * A splash of STAR golden balsamic vinegar 1.5 cup grated Parmesan Salt and pepper A few leaves of fresh basil Instructions:Cook the pasta following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan until it is very hot. Add the lemon zest and juice.
Add the cooked spaghetti, well drained, along with a couple tablespoons of the cooking water. Cook for a few minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve topped with grated Parmesan and a few basil leaves.
