Hot dogs with mustard slaw

Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 4 hot dogs 4 hot dog buns 3 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp honey 3 tbsp STAR extra-virgin olive oil 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar A pinch of salt A pinch of black pepper 21 oz cabbage, cut into thin strips Instructions:

Cook the hot dogs in about an inch of water in a skillet over medium heat, for 5-8 minutes. Turn them over every now and then to make sure they cook evenly. Slice the buns down the middle lengthwise (without cutting through them entirely on one side) and set the hot dogs inside.  

For the mustard slaw, combine the mustard, STAR extra-virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk it all together to make a homogeneous dressing, then add the cabbage and mix well to coat. 

Spoon the mustard slaw over the hot dogs and serve.
