Vegan skewers

Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 1 medium broccoli 2 thick carrots 2 small zucchini 3.5 oz runner beans 1 green pepper --- For the sauce: 3.50 oz STAR extra-virgin olive oil 1 oz Modena balsamic vinegar 2.7 oz toasted sesame seeds A pinch of oregano A pinch of tarragon A pinch of nutmeg Instructions:

Cut all the vegetables into thick chunks and pierce with the skewers. Make up four kebabs with a varied mixture of vegetables. Add salt and a pinch of pepper. 

Steam the kebabs for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how crunchy you like your vegetables. 

To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into individual dipping bowls so that everyone has their own. Alternatively, you could pour the sauce over the kebabs and serve them on a platter.
