Green Olive Tapenade
Serves 4-6 Simple and easy to make, try this Green Olive Tapenade recipe and have your love ones craving for more. #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 1/4 cup STAR Capers 1 cup STAR Pimiento Stuffed Manzanilla Olives 1/2 cup STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 oz. STAR Anchovies packed in oil (optional) 1/4 tsp. grated lemon zest 1/3 cup basil leaves 1/3 cup parsley leaves 1/2 cup blanched almonds or pine nuts Pepper to taste Instructions:Soak capers in water for 1 hour, drain and dry on paper towels.
Place capers in food processor with remaining ingredients. Process until finely chopped (approx. 20 seconds).
Cut baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Spread with tapenade and serve.
