Garlic Green Beans
Serves 5 Delicious vegetarian recipe. Quick and easy to make for the whole family! #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 600 g green beans (or flat beans) 5 cloves of garlic A pinch of black pepper A pinch of salt A pinch of ground cloves (optional) 3 tablespoons of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil Instructions:Trim, wash and chop the green beans. Boil them in plenty of salted water or, if you prefer, steam them until they are al dente.
Sauté the sliced garlic in a frying pan with STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil ; when it begins to brown, add the green beans.
Reduce the heat to keep the garlic from burning and cook everything for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the cloves, salt and pepper and serve very hot.
