Super easy & healthy brownies

Preheat the oven to 347 ºF.

Melt the chocolate, add the extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Set it aside to cool.

In a bowl combine the cake flour and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the color of the mixture begins to lighten. Add the walnut milk and mix well.

Add the melted chocolate and hazelnuts to the egg mixture. Stir in the flour until just combined and pour the batter into a rectangular pan greased with extra virgin olive oil.

Bake for about 25 minutes.
