Barbecue chicken pizza
Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: For the dough: 10.6 oz of strong flour 0.25 ozof fresh yeast A pinch of salt 2 tablespoons of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil For the topping: 3.5 oz barbecue sauce 3.5 oz mozzarella cheese 2 chicken breasts 3.5 oz STAR stuffed olives A dash of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil Instructions:Sift the flour into a bowl, add the salt and make a volcano in the center. Add the yeast in the center along with a small glass of warm water and the extra virgin olive oil. Knead it.
Sprinkle flour on the marble of the kitchen and start working the dough until you get a ball that does not stick.
Let the dough rest for an hour in a covered container with film at room temperature.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness and let it rest again for 10-15 minutes.
Spread the barbecue sauce over the pizza base, spreading it well with a spoon so that it is an even layer. Add the mozzarella.
Brown the chicken cut into strips in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil and add to the pizza along with the stuffed olives.
