Halloween recipe: one-eyed cake pops

Serves 4 - 6 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 10 biscuits 3.5 oz cream cheese A spoonful of butter A bar of white cooking chocolate M&Ms (or similar) Half a small pumpkin to serve as a base A pinch of chocolate spread for the pupil Instructions:

Mix the cream cheese with the crushed biscuits in a large bowl to make a smooth paste. Use your hands: the kids will love it!

Shape the mixture into small balls the size of a lollipop: don’t overdo it or else they will fall apart. Then spear them with the lollipop sticks and put by.

To melt the white chocolate, heat a pot of water (but without boiling) and put a glass bowl with the chocolate inside. Stir over low heat until it melts.

Dip the lollipop into the melted chocolate. Before it sets, stick a Lacasito or M&M onto it and dot a small amount of the chocolate spread in the middle to make a pupil.

Stick the lollipops into the cut pumpkin, as if making a hedgehog.
