PORK RIBS WITH BBQ SAUCE
Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 53 oz whole pork ribs 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary ------ For the Barbecue Sauce: 7.05 oz mustard 1.76 oz honey 7.05 oz brown sugar 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons ketchup 3.4 oz STAR red wine vinegar 1.7 oz STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper Instructions:To make the barbecue sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until they form a smooth sauce. Set aside in the fridge while the ribs are cooking.
To cook the ribs, first boil them in salted water for an hour and a quarter over medium-low heat (cut them in half, if necessary, to ensure they are fully covered by the water).
Preheat the oven to 356ºF, set the ribs in a baking pan, add the spices and coat with the sauce (this is easier if you use a brush). Bake for 40 minutes.
