Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar Tart

The perfect strawberry cake: absolutely delicious, with a unique touch that only a good balsamic vinegar can provide.
Ingredients

1 shortcrust pastry base

300 g strawberries

80 g sugar

30 ml STAR balsamic vinegar

Mint leaves

200 g cream cheese or mascarpone
Instructions

Bake the crust according to the instructions on the package and let it cool.

Let the strawberries sit in the sugar and STAR balsamic vinegar for 15 minutes.

Spread the cream cheese or mascarpone over the base.

Add the macerated strawberries and a little of the juice.

Top with a few fresh mint leaves and serve cold.
