Turkey, Gorgonzola & Pear Salad
Serves 4-6 Try this Turkey, Gorgonzola and Pear Salad for a perfect blend of all your needed food groups! #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 1/3 cup STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Tbsp. STAR Red Wine Vinegar 2 Tbsp. honey Dijon mustard Salt and pepper 3 cups diced cooked turkey breast 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted (toasting walnuts optional) 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese 2 pears, halved, cored and sliced 14-16 oz. mixed salad greens Instructions:In bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
Add turkey, walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese and toss lightly.
Place greens on individual salad plates. Arrange sliced pears in fan shape along one side on top of greens.
Serve when done.
