Olive Bread
Serves 6 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 300 g flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 sachet (7 g) dry yeast 180 ml warm water 2 tablespoons STAR extra virgin olive oil 100 g chopped black olives Instructions:Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.
Add the water and extra virgin olive oil. Knead until the dough is fully mixed.
Add the black olives and continue kneading until they are incorporated.
Let the dough rest, covered, for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Shape it into a loaf, set it on a baking tray and bake at 200 °C for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool.
