                                    Season the wings with salt and pepper and set them into the bowl with the marinade. Stir until they are well coated. Let them sit in the fridge for a couple of hours.

                                    Bake them on a wire rack at 350 º F for about 50 minutes. Flip them over halfway if necessary. If they are not fully browned, finish them off with 5 minutes under the broiler at about 400 ºF.
