Grape Salad

Ingredients
80g grapes
150 g fresh arugula
1 avocado
1 spring onion
100 g crumbled feta cheese
A handful of toasted walnuts

For the vinaigrette:
2 tablespoons STAR extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon STAR balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1.
Clean and slice the grapes in half and set them in a bowl.
2.
Add the arugula, diced avocado, sliced chives, feta and walnuts.
3.
For the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients together with the
extra virgin olive oil
and the
balsamic vinegar
. Pour it over the salad and serve cold.
