Brown the salmon in a pan with a few drops of
Extra Light Olive Oil.Take it out of the pan and set it aside.

Add a little more oil and brown the onion and the sliced garlic. Add the red curry paste and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the coconut milk and continue cooking for a few minutes until it thickens. Add the salmon and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper and cook everything together for a few more minutes.
