These wraps are perfect for those days when you don't feel like cooking!
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons STAR extra virgin olive oil
4 wheat tortillas
1 heart of romaine lettuce
40 g shaved Parmesan cheese
10 STAR manzanilla pimiento stuffed olives
Salt and pepper to taste
For the light Caesar dressing
2 tablespoons unsweetened yogurt
1 tablespoon STAR extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 small clove of garlic
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Let them cool slightly and cut them into strips.

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Slice it thinly and set it in a large bowl.

Prepare the dressing by mixing the yogurt with the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the texture is creamy.

Add the chicken strips, sliced olives, and some of the Parmesan cheese to the lettuce. Add a few spoonfuls of the dressing and mix gently.

Lightly heat the tortillas in a pan or in the microwave. Place some of the salad in the center of each tortilla, add some more Parmesan shavings and roll them up.
6.
Serve the wraps immediately, either whole or sliced in half.
