Warm the corn tortilla in a hot pan.

Spread the mashed avocado onto the tortilla and add a dash of lime juice.

In a small pan with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, heat the crumbled feta cheese. Add the egg (without breaking the yolk, as if you were making a fried egg) and cook until well done. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the egg on top of the tortilla and serve like a taco.
