Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
40 ml STAR extra virgin olive oil
40 ml STAR balsamic vinegar of Modena
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional)
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the chicken on both sides until seared.

In a small bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the chicken and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce reduces and becomes glossy and thick.

Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables, and a few sprigs of rosemary for flavor if you like.
