Crush the chickpeas with some STAR extra virgin olive oil, a little salt and some of the water used to cook the chickpeas.

When you’ve got a smooth hummus, spread it on the tortillas. Chop up the walnuts and sprinkle on top of the hummus. Slice the tomatoes and place on top of the chopped walnuts. Spiralise the zucchini and carrot and arrange on top of the sliced tomatoes.

Finish off with the onion or soya bean sprouts and a few drops of STAR extra virgin olive oil. Roll up and you’re good to go!
