Thanksgiving wrap recipe: a modern version of the traditional turkey

Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 8 corn tortillas 2 turkey breasts 1 lime 2 cloves of garlic A few leaves of lettuce 1 red onion 1 avocado 1 medium tomato STAR Extra-virgin olive oil Salt and pepper Instructions:

Cut the turkey breasts into thin strips and marinate them in the finely chopped garlic and STAR extra-virgin olive oil. Store them in the fridge for a couple of hours.

In another container, slice the onion into strips and marinate it in the lime juice. Set it aside for a couple of hours as well.

Brown the turkey in a pan in hot STAR extra-virgin olive oil.

To make the wrap, heat the tortillas in a pan until golden brown. Add the turkey breasts, the lettuce, the tomato, the avocado slices and, finally, the pickled onion. Finish with a splash of extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Fold up the wrap in the form of an envelope.
