Steak Tacos
Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 10.6 oz ground beef ½ red bell pepper A splash of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 ripe tomato 2 cloves of garlic 1 medium onion Salt and pepper 3.5 oz grated emmental cheese 3.5 oz sweet corn 8 corn tortillas Instructions:Brown the onions and garlic in a pan with extra-virgin olive oil
Add the red pepper cut into small cubes. Season and cook for a few minutes.
Add the beef, cook for a few minutes and then add the grated tomato. Cook everything together.
Heat the corn tortillas in a skillet or on a griddle.
Serve the beef in a bowl in the middle of the table along with the tortillas. Set out the grated emmental cheese and the sweet corn in separate bowls so that everyone can put together their own tacos.
If you like, add your favorite sauce on top (barbecue, etc.).
