Cook the spaghetti until it is al dente, following the manufacturer’s instructions.

In a deep frying pan, sauté the chili pepper and the sliced garlic in Harmony extra-virgin olive oil.

Remove the garlic and chili, and add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the oil. Stir until well mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the spaghetti from the pan and add the chopped fresh parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. If you like, add a drizzle of raw
extra-virgin olive oil.
