Salmon and Olive Canapes

Ingredients
12 1/2-inch slices baguette, toasted
1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature

STAR Pimiento Stuffed Manzanilla Olives
12 thin strips smoked salmon, about 1- x 3-inches each
12 slices English cucumber
Instructions
1.
Spread each bread slice with some cream cheese. Wrap each olive with a strip of salmon.
2.
Place one cucumber slice on top of each baguette slice. Place one salmon-wrapped olive on top of each cucumber and secure with a wooden pick

Serve.
