Ingredients
6 salmon fillets
2 tsp of Star extra virgin olive oil
2 onions, sliced
2.5 oz pistachios
salt and pepper, to taste
a pinch of dill
Instructions

Preheat the oven at 350 ºF. While it warms up, begin peeling and chopping the pistachios. (use a food processor to chop them. Be cautious not to ground them)

Arrange the onions and salmon on an oven-safe tray and sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the salmon pieces and lastly top with dill.
