Plantain Chips

Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 2 plantains 1 liter of STAR Cooking oil blend Sunflower and Extra Virgen olive oil A pinch of salt Instructions:

Peel the plantains and cut them into very thin slices.

Heat 1 liter of STAR Cooking oil blend Sunflower and Extra Virgen olive oil in a frying pan or saucepan. Add the plantain slices and fry until they are golden brown and crispy.

Drain them on a layer of paper towels and add salt to taste.
