Pizza Pasta

Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 3 cups of pasta cooked spaghetti 2 eggs Salt, pepper and oregano 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese ¾ cup whole milk 2 cups tomato sauce 1 large tomato ½ cup STAR Kalamata olives A few leaves of fresh basil A splash of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil Instructions:

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and add the oregano and half the mozzarella. Add the milk, tomato sauce and extra virgin olive oil and stir until all the ingredients are fully mixed. You can add more or less milk to adjust the thickness of the sauce, which will largely depend on the size of the eggs and the consistency of the tomato sauce you use.

Add the spaghetti to the egg mixture. Stir well and transfer the ingredients to a baking sheet. Spread to form a very thin layer, like a round of pizza dough.

Top with the remaining mozzarella, a few tomato slices and the sliced olives. Bake at 356 ºF for 15 minutes.

Garnish with some basil leaves before serving.
