Fresh Fig and Goat Cheese Crostini with STAR Balsamic Glaze

8 oz Goat Cheese

1 Lb fresh Black Mission Figs

1 French baguette, sliced

Fresh Basil Leaves, thinly sliced for garnish
Instructions

Set oven to 425 °F. While it preheats, start by washing the figs and drying them with a paper towel. Trim off the ends and cut the figs into slices or cubes. Set aside.

Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet and drizzle evenly with olive oil. Place the baking sheet in the oven and allow to bake for 5 minutes at 425°F.

Remove the bread from the oven. Carefully, spread each slice of bread with goat cheese. Top with fresh figs and drizzle STAR balsamic glaze generously. Finish off by garnishing with fresh basil and enjoy!
