                                    Cut the potatoes into 1 cm thick slices and place them on a sheet pan. Add the julienned onion. Season with salt and pepper and add a splash of 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 356 ºC, stirring occasionally.

                                    Remove the pan from the oven, set the cod fillets on top and add a little more oil. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
