Chicken with Parmesan
Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 28 oz filleted chicken breasts 1 medium onion 27 oz walnut milk 9 oz grated Parmesan cheese A splash of STAR extra-virgin olive oil Salt and pepper Instructions:Cook the chicken breasts on a very hot griddle with a touch of salt and pepper.
Sauté the onion in a pan with extra-virgin olive oil. Add the walnut milk and heat everything through for a few minutes.
Slowly add the grated Parmesan cheese while continuing to cook over low heat, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
Serve the chicken topped with the sauce.
