Baked tofu

Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 8,8 oz tofu 7 oz breadcrumbs 2 cloves of garlic A few sprigs of parsley A few sprigs of coriander 2 tablespoons STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and pepper Instructions:

Drain the tofu, dry it well and cut it into cubes.

Crush the garlic, cilantro and parsley together with a pinch of salt and pepper and mix it with a splash of extra-virgin olive oil.

Place the tofu in the mixture and let it marinate for an hour in the fridge, turning if necessary so that the flavors seep in all over.

Take the tofu out of the marinade and coat it in the breadcrumbs.

Bake for half an hour at 392 ºF. Turn it occasionally so that it browns evenly.
