2 Tbsp. STAR Natural Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp. STAR Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Toss arugula with enough vinaigrette to coat, check seasoning and adjust to taste.
