Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 cup
STAR® White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup
STAR® Extra Virgin Olive oil
Your choice of greens (Ex: steamed green beans, asparagus, or broccoli)
Instructions
1.
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, and sugar.
2.
Season with salt and pepper and slowly add oil. Whisk or shake all ingredients in a jar.
3.
Pour onto greens and serve.
