1 lb. ziti pasta

2 handfuls cherry or grape tomatoes

1-2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 handfuls spinach

2 cups turkey or chicken {optional}

Sprinkling of parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cook Ziti in a big pot.

Chop tomatoes.

Sauté tomatoes, garlic, spinach, turkey/chicken, in a splash of olive oil. Cook until spinach begins to wilt. Add pasta to sauté pan.

Pour in STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Mix well, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
