Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. STAR Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Mixed Vegetable Suggestions:
  • Roasted yellow or red peppers
  • Braised or grilled leeks
  • Steamed green beans
  • Boiled or grilled new potatoes
  • Grilled baby eggplant
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Grilled or steamed zucchini

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a non-metal bowl; mix well. Drizzle ove steamed or grilled vegetables.

    Serve.
