Just a few ingredients to create one of the tastiest green bean salads. With an amazing Mediterranean-style!
Ingredients
400 g fresh green beans
150 g cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion
2 hard boiled eggs
50 g STAR black olives
50 ml STAR extra virgin olive oil
15 ml STAR red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
A few fresh basil leaves (optional)
Instructions

Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Cook the beans in salted water for about 10 minutes (adjust the time depending on the size), until they are al dente. Drain and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process and maintain their color.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half, the red onion into thin strips, and the hard-boiled eggs into quarters. Transfer everything to a salad bowl along with STAR olives.

In a small bowl, mix STAR extra virgin olive oil with STAR vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix well. Serve the salad topped with a few fresh basil leaves.
