To make turkey:
Whisk sauce ingredients until smooth. Brush on cutlets. Grill about 4 minutes per side or until cooked through or brush and sauté in a non-stick pan 2 to 3 minutes per side. These cook very quickly.

To make salad:
Toss all ingredients in a bowl. To serve, line 4 plates with lettuce leaves,spoon on salad and top with grilled turkey cutlets.
