Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a frying pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and sauté the chopped garlic until golden brown. Add the tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook everything for 10 minutes over medium heat.

In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce.

Transfer it to a baking dish that has been greased with a little extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil.
