Peel the carrots and the zucchini, cut them into strips and slice the cheeses.

Place the mixed
olives in a small bowl. Spoon the jam into another bowl.

Arrange the cheeses and cold cuts on a wooden board (or two if they are too crowded). Serve the grapes, breadsticks, vegetables and nuts, along with the bowl of
olives and the jam.
