Melt the butter. In a bowl, combine the melted butter with the sliced garlic cloves, the extra-virgin olive oil, the dill and the sliced green olives.

Spread the diced potatoes on a baking sheet with a little extra-virgin olive oil. Cover them with three tablespoons of the garlic butter mixture and salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 356 ºF for about 15 minutes.

Now, open the oven, set the salmon on the baking sheet with the potatoes and pour the rest of the garlic butter over the top. You can use a brush to make sure it is evenly distributed.

Bake about 10 minutes more until the salmon is done.
