Preheat the oven to 356 ºF.

Set the pie crust in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.

In a large bowl, make the almond cream by mixing the
extra light olive oil, sugar, ground almonds and egg. Mix until smooth and creamy. Pour the almond cream over the crust and bake for 10 minutes at 356 ºF.

Meanwhile, wash and drain the berries.

Once the tart base is done baking, let it cool completely before arranging the berries on top of the almond cream. It’s ready to serve!
