Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
60-80 ml of STAR Blend Sunflower
2 cloves of garlic
60 g grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions

Wash the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Dry them very well; this is an essential step in making them crispy.

Heat plenty of oil in a large frying pan (or wok) over medium-high heat. Fry the brussels sprouts (preferably in batches) for 5-6 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Add a little fresh oil to the same pan and lightly brown the sliced garlic. Add the brussels sprouts to the pan again, season with salt and pepper, and sauté everything together for 1-2 minutes, to fully combine the flavors.

Remove from the heat and add the parmesan immediately, so that it melts without burning.
