Chicken with Parmesan

Ingredients
28 oz filleted chicken breasts
1 medium onion
27 oz walnut milk
9 oz grated Parmesan cheese
A splash of STAR extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1.
Cook the chicken breasts on a very hot griddle with a touch of salt and pepper.
2.
Sauté the onion in a pan with
extra-virgin olive oil
. Add the
walnut milk
and heat everything through for a few minutes.
3.
Slowly add the grated Parmesan cheese while continuing to cook over low heat, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
4.
Serve the chicken topped with the sauce.
