6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and halved

2 Tbsp. chopped drained STAR Capers

1/3 cup finely chopped radishes

2 Tbsp. STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. STAR Seasoned Rice Vinegar

Freshly ground pepper
Instructions

In bowl, mash egg yolks with capers and radishes. Stir in olive oil and vinegar to blend well. Season to taste with pepper. Scoop mixture back into egg white halves.
