Summer Pasta Salad

Serves This summer have fun with your food with this quick and easy Summer Pasta Salad recipe! #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 2/3 cup STAR Extra Virgin Olive oil 1/2 cup STAR White Wine Vinegar 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp. sweet basil leaves 1 pkg. Rotelle pasta, regular or spinach 1 head cauliflower or broccoli flowerets, cooked 1 pkg. (9oz.) Frozen cut Italian style green beans 1 can (6oz.) large ripe olives, drained 1 cup cherry tomato halves 1 cup jack cheese, cubed (1/4 lb.) Instructions:

Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic and basil. Cook pasta as directed on package, drain and rinse in cold water. Toss dressing with pasta and remaining ingredients.

Chill.
