
Ingredients
- 1 cup STAR Pimiento Stuffed Manzanilla Olives
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 1/2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/3 cup STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add the olives, cheese, and tomatoes into a bowl. Then stir in the olive oil, herbs, and salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Serve with fresh sliced bread.
