Where does STAR balsamic vinegar come from?

Did you know that STAR balsamic vinegar comes from the Italian town of Modena, in the Emilia-Romagna region? It’s the best of the best, with an unmistakable sweet and tart taste. Would you like to know why?

–  It’s produced entirely in Modena and has been granted a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), a seal introduced by the European Commission to designate a number of high-quality foods that are produced in a specific territory and in keeping with a series of standards.  It has no added sugars or artificial flavors.

-Its genuine flavor comes from the quality of Italian grapes, with their unmistakable natural sweetness, from its careful production process, and from its natural maturation in wooden barrels.

-In Italian cooking, Modena balsamic vinegar is more than a simple condiment: it can be added to meat, fish, salads, vegetables, and desserts. Try a dash in a fruit salad to make it sublime!
