The Best Vinaigrettes for Your Salad

Salad fans, here are a few original and delicious vinaigrette ideas to give a unique twist to your dishes.

Smooth and Sweet  Mix 50 ml extra-virgin olive oil, 20 ml balsamic vinegar, a tablespoon of honey, and salt and pepper to taste. It goes great with salads that contain apple, since the acidity of the fruit contrasts with the sweetness of the honey.

Healthy and Energizing Nuts add flavor, a little zip and nutrients to the max. Mix 25 g chopped walnuts, 25 g chopped almonds, two tablespoons balsamic vinegar and six tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of rosemary and you’re good to go! It’s fantastic for green salads with tomato, lettuce, bell peppers, asparagus, etc.

Exotic Combine three parts extra-virgin olive oil, one part balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and finely chopped fresh cilantro. It’s ideal to add a touch of flavor to salads based on pasta, quinoa or rice. For all you cilantro haters: parsley!

Oh là là! This typical French vinaigrette is perfect for vegetable salads. Extra-virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, chopped shallots, Dijon mustard and freshly ground black pepper. Fantastic for any occasion!
