Walnut ice cream
Serves #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 20 oz Borges Natura walnut drink 3.3 oz water 3.5 oz sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder 0.3 oz leaf gelatine Instructions:Mix well the ingredients, bring them to a boil and add 0.3 oz of gelatin in sheets well dissolved in water.
Leave overnight in the fridge. On the morning of the next day, put the mixture in the freezer… and you will have a delicious gelato with a delicate flavor of nuts!
