Tuna Fish Tacos
Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 3 red onions 1 clove of garlic 4 cans of tuna in water 3.53 oz STAR Pimiento Stuffed Manzanilla Olives 8 corn tortillas Salt and pepper 2 tablespoons STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil A few leaves of lettuce Instructions:Chop the onions and garlic and brown them in a splash of extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Next, add the tuna, well drained, and season with salt and pepper.
Once the tuna is heated through, turn off the heat and add the sliced olives
Heat the corn tortillas in a pan and assemble the tacos. If you wish, add some lettuce leaves and finish the tacos with a splash of extra virgin olive oil (optional).
